Cancellation Policy

We respect that your time is valuable and hope you understand that ours is too. We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may be required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, your booking time is allocated and reserved for you and if you miss your appointment, someone else may be missing out. Out of consideration for our Naturopath and other patients, we ask that you kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment charge will be incurred for less than 24 hours’ notice and a ‘no show’ will incur a full charge. Any changes to your appointment can readily be made via email or alternatively by calling the clinic directly.
