I studied naturopathy at the Institute of Vital Hygiene in Madrid; I am a nutritionist and coach in bioenergetic psychology and hygiene therapy.

 

An associate member of APTN COFENAT, (Association of Professionals and Autonomous of Natural Therapies) in Spain and associate member of IICT (international institute for alternative therapies) in Australia.

Certified by the American University of Holistic Healing of New York in: “Dark field of live, in phase contrast and dry blood (HLB test)”. Certified by the American University of Holistic Healing of New York in: Digital Iridology.

I keep in constant study of health care through food with science, consistency and common sense. I have studied the benefits of “Whole Plant based food” with the prestigious Dr. T, Campbell, author of the famous book “The China Study” and “Whole”. Currently studying nutrigenomics and nutrigenetics for nutrition professionals in the Nutrigenomics Institute.

Without a doubt, all of us are what we eat, drink, think and live, so how do you want to be? How do you want to feel? The answer is in your hands !!!

I am passionate about healthy food, in constant study and divulgation of health care through food with science, consistency and common sense. I am passionate about nutrigenetics and nutrigenomics (it is also called nutritional genomics), the union of nutrition and molecular biology, as well as the mechanisms of autophagy, fasting and its wonderful benefits, the immunonutrition,...the microbiota.


Fortunately, today we have wonderful scientists who are doing an impressive job in both research and divulgation.
My references for this style of eating on a personal level and in my practice are Dr. T Collin Campbell, co-author of the most important epidemiological study to date on nutrition, “The China Study” and “Whole”.

Dr Michael Greger with his wonderful book “How not to die”, “How not to diet”, “How not to age” and his web of everyday scientific publications (NutritionFacts.org).

Dr. Christopher Garder, who is an American nutrition researcher, director of nutrition at the Stanford Prevention Research Center and Professor of Medicine at Stanford University. Like Dr Greger, he appeared in the 2024 Netflix documentary You Are What You Eat, which I highly recommend watching in family, to educate our children and teach them to take care of their health. The gastroenterologist Dr Will Bulsiewicz and his wonderful books.

Dr. Neal Barnard (founding president of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), Dr John A. McDougall, Joel Fuhrman, Michael Klaper, Dr Will Bulsiewicz... as well as Dean Ornish and Caldwell Esselstyn who proved in their studies that following a whole plant-based diet, low in saturated fats, rich in complex carbohydrates and basically plant-based protein and making lifestyle changes, such as doing sports in moderation every day, cardiovascular diseases can be reversed.

Just like so many other nutrition scientists who are demonstrating that a Whole Plant Based Food diet is the most recommended to have the best health.
